As the Broker/Owner of Bay Realty of Florida, Richard Dombrowski has built a successful team of agents. Always innovating, Richard has managed to improve sales and closings year after year.
As COO/Broker of Valencia Realty, Richard enjoyed holding the title of ‘#1 Listing Agent in Florida’ for five consecutive quarters. He held as many as 325 listings while managing an administrative staff of seven and a sales staff of 30 agents. Richard recognized the need for innovative solutions to issues like vacant listings being vandalized.
Richard obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Eckerd College where he graduated with honors and lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and daughter. He is a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and holds a Florida broker’s real estate license and mortgage broker’s license.
